Description of classes

Mariya Taneva,B.M., is a Certified Group Fitness Instructor and Personal Trainer both in Europe and Canada.
Mariya is the group fitness co-ordinator at Flex Total Fitness, she has been writing  fitness articles for various European web-sites and recently started giving workshops at Flex gym and other fitness centers in the Montreal region.

She has been in the fitness industry since 1998 mostly teaching Aerobics, Step Aerobics, Yoga, Pilates, Bosu, Swiss Ball, Older adults classes and working privately with clients.
Her certifications are from the YMCA, Energy Cardio, YogaFit, CanFitPro, Bulgarian Aerobics Federation and Varna Free University in Bulgaria.

As a Group Fitness Coordinator her goal is to organize a schedule which will lead the participants towards achieving their fitness goals and to keep Flex gym’s reputation as  an industry leader in group fitness trends.
