FITNESS GROUP CLASSES

Flex offers over 30 fitness group classes a week from Monday to Sunday. Try one of our class: Zumba, Yoga, Hip Hop, Pilates, X-Fit, Spinning, Functional training, and more! Choose the membership with group classes to have unlimited access to all these classes.

CLASSES DESCRIPTION

Total Body Workout

A full body muscle conditioning class using mainly Bosu balls as well as various equipment such as the step, bars, STEPS, gliding disks, elastics and free weights. Incorporates standing, seated and floor work to effectively challenge all your muscles for maximum results.

Zumba

Zumba® fuses hypnotic Latin rhythms and easy-to-follow moves to create a one-of-a-kind fitness program that will blow you away. The routines feature sessions where fast, slow rhythms are combined to tone and sculpt your body.

Fesses de fer

An intense hour of butt, thighs, and abdominal burning workout. This new class will unify different intense weight training exercises with repetition upon repetition to create a burn like never before!

Yoga

It is a practice open to anyone, of any age, of any size or shape, and in any physical condition. It appeals to anyone who wants to reduce stress and achieve deep relaxation.

Pilates

A body conditioning class designed for core strength and stability as well as postural re-alignment and flexibility.

Spinning

An intense exhilarating SPIN bike workout. Aimed to improve your cardiovascular and endurance fitness while “burning & shaping” your body set to dynamic tunes. Class intensity is high but adaptable to all fitness levels.
